Testimonials

“Where would I have been without this company, All 4 U care? I needed immediate night care for my poorly father, this great company stepped in and my worries were over. They were caring, reliable and trustworthy, more than that my father loved all the team."

CS - Son of Client

“All 4 U Care have been such a great support for my Mum who really values their company and assistance with meals. During lockdown, they have helped with the extra things which have needed doing like washing Mum’s hair. It’s like having a bigger family. Thank you.”

SH - Daughter of Client

“Staff very good. Punctual, polite, helpful. Both myself and my husband had covid and they helped us through it. Friendly staff, do the best job. I’ve had other agencies but these are the best ones.”

CW - Wife of Client

We invest in our staff to ensure they have the skills, knowledge and support to give the best level of care, and because of this, our team will always go the extra mile. Our commitment to training and support for staff allows us to provide high quality, tailored, local care that doesn’t cost the earth.

We’re a friendly team of compassionate, capable and reliable support workers with a common goal: sharing the care, so that you can enjoy spending more time with family and less time worrying about care needs. All 4 U Care supports vulnerable people in Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster, Rainham and the surrounding areas plus Chigwell, Hainaut and Brentwood.

We also have an office in Frinton-on-Sea and provide care in Clacton-on-Sea, Frinton-on-Sea, Walton-on-Sea and the surrounding villages.

If you want to speak to us in person, you can also pop into our Romford office at Unit 22, Quadrant Arcade, Romford, RM1 3ED or Triangle Shopping Centre, Rochford Way, Walton-on-the-Naze, Frinton-on-Sea, CO13 0AU, during office hours.

More than 30 years of experience in the residential care sector

All 4 U Care was founded by husband and wife team, Mark and Nicky, in 2019. Together we have more than 30 years of experience in the residential care sector and wanted to bring an exceptional level of care to people needing support to live independently at home.

We partnered with longtime friend, Sarah, who also brings over 30 years’ experience in the domiciliary care sector and knows Havering intimately.

The family test is at the heart of everything we do. If a service isn’t good enough for our own family, it’s not good enough for our service users, and the same is true for our staff. They’re the backbone of our care and we truly believe that if our staff are happy, they’ll give you or your loved one the best possible care.

We hire support workers from the local community and help them to grow and develop their skills. We provide training in-house around specialist care, end of life, and palliative care as well as keeping on top of new and relevant training courses. All staff undergo a comprehensive background check and DBS, and are fully insured.

Meet the team

Sarah Cox
Registered Manager

I started with All4UCare in order to pursue my goals of quality care for clients at home. I am now focused on providing discrete quality home care to our clients within Havering,I strongly believe that vulnerable people benefit from continuing to live in their own familiar surroundings, I am committed to helping others to maintain independence, making sure we as a company remain passionate about ensuring that all our clients have the opportunity to achieve the best possible outcomes with the help and guidance from our Home support workers and by recognising that good Home Support Workers are at the heart of our agency. I make sure that the choices and wishes of each of our clients are always at the centre of my care planning and I feel that meeting the clients personally is very important, this allows me to understand their personality as well as their needs and wishes; it’s also important for the client to know me and feel comfortable calling me for any reason.

I began my own career in the care sector 27 years ago as a care support worker within a Nursing Home and have carried on my career in this field working within General Nursing, Mental Health and Domiciliary care.

I also had the pleasure of Nursing my mum for 2 years who suffered from a rare form of Dementia, sadly she has passed away now which has also made me want our support workers to give 100% high standards of care in our agency like my mum always received. I would now consider myself an experienced manager having worked in a management role for a number of years. My passion is to manage a service that is a high-quality service that we can all be proud of.

Michele
Field Care Supervisor

Hi my name is Michele, I have worked in the care sector for 31 years, firstly as a home carer within a local authority, supporting the elderly, frail and helping where required with their day-to-day needs. From there, I moved onto a reablement team within the same local authority working alongside other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists and physiotherapists, supporting individuals to regain their skills, abilities and independence, a role which I found extremely rewarding.

I have also worked within a residential care setting, supporting adults with learning difficulties helping them achieve everyday living both in their home environment and the wider community.

Wanting to further my career within the sector, I have taken the role of Field Care Supervisor for All4u care, which enables me to still work in the community in a more managerial role, and share my work experiences with my colleagues.

Katie
Care Coordinator

I started my career with All 4 U Care 2 years ago as an admin assistant after completing business at Sixth Form.  Over the past two years I have learnt a lot of new skills and gained a clearer understanding of the care sector from working with a well experienced and trained management team. I never thought a Career within the care sector was what I wanted to do but I have really enjoyed my time at All 4 U Care and enjoy learning new skills and getting the opportunity to complete different training courses.

After being at All 4 U Care for two years, I have now been promoted to a Care Coordinator and have started to visit our clients and provide them with the care and support that our service offers.

By being hands on in the job as well as in the office it helps me to gain a better relationship with our service users as I have a clearer understanding about their needs of the service. I am looking forward to pursuing my career within the care sector with All 4 U Care and I am excited to begin an NVQ level 2 in health and social care.
